• Device ID: Hashed using SHA-256 with a company salt. We never store raw Device IDs.
• User Information: Your email and user ID for authentication and audit purposes.
• Download Records: Timestamps and metadata about update bundle downloads.

All sensitive data is protected using:

• AES-256-GCM encryption for update bundles
• Azure Key Vault for secret management
• HTTPS encryption for all communications
• Role-based access control via Microsoft Entra ID

Data Retention

Download links and temporary files are automatically deleted after 1 hour. Audit logs are retained for 90 days for security and compliance purposes.
